We made these paper plate decorations today at my daughter’s house and this year, my grandson had his hand in every single stroke of the marker. At three years old, he is already very excited about Fall activities, including Halloween.
Though classic decor, I was inspired to make it by breezing through the Easy Halloween Crafts and More booklet published by Twin Sisters. It was in the Dollar Bin at Target. The project, Paper Plate Pumpkins is on page 2. We decided to add a spider and ghost to the happy gourds. Since we only had orange paper plates, we turned one over to do the ghost.
This booklet has stuff for kids of all ages. Besides crafts, there are Halloween-themed recipes like Gruesome Brew and Brain Bread, pumpkin carving patterns, party games, and lots of jokes. So much for one dollar!
Love it!!
